let us cover most of the related terms in a simple way trying to understand what is brand postioning?
Brand story: it is the facts and feelings your brand shares to connect their customers or the new possible customers.
Bussiness intent: it is where the business combines experience of market demand and needs of the people they are targeting to be their customers.
Brand values: these are fundementals of the product or service the company promises to provide.
from all these terms related to brand postioning we can conclude that it is about unique values provided by a brand to its customers. In other words what makes the customer buy or purchase your product or service.

where I got introduced to the term of brand positioning. I watched again because of the noise and the voice from the source was not clear enough.
In this video there were two teams of 2 new brands. One team was Mary Beatrice team and the other was effortless formal team. Each team cleared their brand story, business intent, the problem, the solutions to that problem, brand values and disscussed about the brand positioning. Each team helped the another to discover their strengths and weakness. They inspired eachother with helpful solution.
Can I be critical alittle bit and give my opinion on the two teams? I think that both teams should work more on their brand stories. the story elements are not met. I only see the conflict of the story and I found it short with no emotions. I prefer something more talking to your customer.
For example, Oh no, It is the period time. I forgot my pad in another bag. Shall I ask other women for an extra pad? It is imbrassing, isn’t it? You needn’t worry about that situation any more because we fem power got your back. All you need to do is to install our app to find out where is the nearst vendor machine to you. That is for the team of Mary Beatrice. For the team of effortless formals, we can go for a story of a lady or a man who is a world traveller and always worry about the wrinkles of clothes and the clothes get dirty and he is not worrying about it as brand sleek Ease provides a washable formal clothes.
The other things of business intent and the problem, solutions to that problem, brandvalues and brand positioning will be disscussed throughout the video.
The questions of team effortless formals to team Mary Beatrice was discussing how to ensure the satinty of the products and the team answered you can scan the code on the pad to make sure they are santized and ready to use. What if the place is of bad networking or there is no electericity? Will the app be available for public washrooms? And you can also give your feed back on the washroom itself. How would it be balanced between high volume and less margin and vice versa? How to educate the people who did not have the chance to go to school in small town? how will they be able to get profits?
The questions from team Mary Beatrice to effortless formals team was how would you reach customer satisfaction? They had a customizing option. How would you use data to track what are the demands of the market?They would get the data from a second party! I prefer market reseach , over depending on second party data ,On which we can depend on while making the first month strategy. There was a question about how to make people change to formal T-shirt? they will work more on the design. how would you ensure that the designing/ customising process effortless? what is the communication method for customizing? People will phyically get to store to order, is this process effortless? They answered that online shopping would be time consuming and fitting sizes problems. How would you stand out from the already known brands? They would give samples to officies and run campaigns.
My recommendations is to work on the brand story for each team. For the team of fem power is to find a solution to the situations of no electricity. And for sleek Ease I have few suggestions. Can you give your samples to campanies that adopt a uniform and take their feedbacks about their brand to become their primary source of data? Can the customizing process be based on the basis of a pre determined design to limit it to simple adjustments of the designs? Can you teach people how to take their own size measures? can you be present online through a facebook page or any other platform for the spreeding of your brand ?
